If we look back at our earliest ancestors, physical strength and instinct were essential for survival. But strength alone is not how we scale as a species, society, or civilization.

As a young man, I studied Biomedical Sciences and Psychology at the University of Waterloo to better my understanding of the “human engine” that is you and me.

My studies—along with the high-stakes adventures I pursued post-university, from hitch-hiking across Canada and cycling across Asia to building my first service business in Japan—led to a singular conclusion:
